EFT can help us improve our general emotional intelligence, compassion, empathy, self-confidence and connection to others. Dr. Choi is certified as an EFT Supervisor and Therapist by Dr. Leslie Greenberg, the creator of EFT, and the International Society for Emotion-Focused Therapy (isEFT). He completed his PhD in Clinical Psychology at York University.
