About Me
As a psychotherapist with over eight years of experience and a clinical counselor for ten years, I specialize in guiding individuals, couples, and families through psychological and emotional challenges. My expertise lies in navigating complex relationships and personalities while fostering internal resilience and external support systems. In our therapeutic journey together, I am committed to creating a safe, empathetic space where you can explore and heal. Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, seeking personal growth, or coping with trauma, our sessions will be focused on building a supportive connection and empowering you to achieve your goals. I integrate various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), to help you shift perspectives, explore emotions, and develop practical tools for resilience and well-being.
