About Me
I am amazed by the beauty and complexity that lies underneath the brain, and how subconscious behaviours drive our actions and thought process in order to help us feel better. I believe in the inner strengths that individuals have and that in times of hardship, these strengths are molded to make us stronger individuals. I aspire to provide you an empathic non-judgemental safe space for you to be your authentic self and collaboratively explore growth. I provide therapy to individuals, couples and families. My therapeutic approach is an integrative therapeutic modality where the treatment plan is tailored to each client in order to best serve the client’s need and interest. Main therapeutic modalities include Transactional Analysis Model, Object Relations, Narrative Therapy, EFT, PACT, Mindful therapy. I aspire to provide warm and compassionate support to my clients and considers myself to be a trauma-informed psychotherapist where I integrate this within the scope of my practice. I also take into consideration and respect all cultures, races, religions, spiritual beliefs, sexual identity, and health concerns in order to provide space for you to be your authentic self and to facilitate growth.
