Qualifications

My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, culture-sensitive, inter-sectional, and anti-oppressive. I am particularly inclined towards Humanistic-Existential therapy due to its client-centered approach and its exploration of universal human experiences such as isolation, death anxiety, self-awareness, and meaning. This approach's integrative nature and applicability across different disciplines and cultures resonate with me. In my work, I incorporate, among others, Emotion-focused and Acceptance and Commitment therapeutic techniques.
